Eliminate destructive self-talk: “I’m too old to. . .,” “I’m too fat to. . .,” etc.
These kinds of thoughts do no good, and undermine confidence and faith in yourself.
Be your own greatest fan, your own best advocate.
Start with yourself. It’ll grow out from there.

I love what you have to say about not pnly mental illness but mental health in general. I think people have never really addressed there emotional needs. Being a sensitive man I think alot of men ignore their emotions because society tells them too.
